The FWD-32LX1 uses a high resolution sony LCD panel with 1366 x 768 pixels. With improved brightness and contrast from previous models, it produces sharp, detailed images with rich and natural colors. With the Sony original I/P (Interlace/Progressive) conversion technology and 16ms response time, you will see precise and smooth images throughout the screen, and the anti-reflection coating on the screen reduces light reflection for clear, high contrast pictures.

Multiple Inputs and a High Performance Scan Converter
With input connectors for composite, S-video (Y/C), RGB/component signals, as well as a newly-added DVI digital input with HCDP compatibility, you can display your visuals from a wide variety of signal sources, ranging from standard video to HDTV, DTV and computer signals up to 1600 x 1200. A built-in high performance scan converter ensures optimum image quality with exact pixel sampling from the original input source, providing high quality pixel-by-pixel image reproduction.

Digital Video Interface

Used by newer HDTV set-top boxes and DVD players, the DVI-HDCP connection allows the transmission of uncompressed, copy-protected digital content to your high definition display with stunning image fidelity and clarity. The DVI-HDCP interface is not intended for use with a personal computer, and is designed for best performance with HDTV signals, such as 1080i or 720p picture signals. The DVI/HDCP input will also accept and display 480i and 480p picture signals.
